CREATIVE WEDDING ENTERTAINMENT DESIGN PROCESS

Allow me to explain the process of Wedding Entertainment Design and also why it's so different from what you may have seen or heard before. You'll notice the significant and distinct difference between having individual wedding professionals such as wedding coordinator, DJ, MC, or anyone else that is remotely involved or concerned with any of the entertainment aspects of your wedding, and what I do for you.

This is not to say that each of these wedding professionals aren't important, because they are, but the questions is how will they put it all together to formulate a cohesive experience for you and your guests.

Wedding Entertainment Design is based on the planned discovery of elements from your wedding vision, desires, and life experiences which may be utilized to create a few magical and memorable moments that uniquely compliment your style.

Often, together, we can create memorable and unique moments for the ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner, post wedding party, and other times during the wedding events from experiences and memories you and your fiance' have had independently or together. Most of the time, because of my years of experience, we can create the meaningful and memorable moments in areas or in ways you had never even considered.

How the Wedding Entertainment Design process develops;

  • Make a No Obligation interview appointment with Kenneth Day Weddings.

    • This meeting will have a time obligation of approximately 90 minutes.

    • We will discuss your vision for the wedding, desired outcome, each of your current place in life, your backgrounds, and childhood.

    • We will also discuss my background and how it can be of benefit to you regarding your wedding. As well as how my team of wedding and event experts can benefit you and your wedding day.

    • I will provide you with the $300 worth of Wedding Planning information to use as you see fit.

    • Once we have a concept of the elements you desire for your wedding day and we have discussed other potential creative moments that we might be able to design and incorporate into your wedding day, I will provide you with a monetary quote for the services to be provided.

      • If, the quote is acceptable to you, we will sign a reservation agreement and a 50% reservation fee shall be made via cash, check, credit card, or PayPal to secure your wedding date.

        • Now, I will provide you with some "Client Only" resources and "Homework" to prepare for our next meeting and planning session.

      • If, for some reason the quote is not acceptable to you, we can discuss it and/or I will be delighted to offer my assistance in helping you find someone that better fits your budget.

      • If, for any reason, you or I feel that we just don't "click", then we can part ways knowing we shared some great ideas and you keep the $300 worth of planning information.

  • Our Second and often most critical meeting will be scheduled once you have completed the "homework", sounds like you're back in school - I know. But, the "homework" is critical to developing your custom and personalized style in ways you may not have considered.
    • This, second meeting, should have a time obligation of approximately 2 - 3 hours.

    • Prior to the meeting I will review your "homework" to discover any potential elements we may be able to develop into a meaningful and memorable moment or activity.
    • We will discuss any ideas you may have discovered or developed since last we spoke and I will also offer you a few ideas of my own, which you can decide if you like or not.
      • We will discuss the ideas that might fit your style and taste and develop them for subsequent inclusion in your wedding design.

      • We will discuss your color and style selections for your dress, bridesmaids, groom, groomsmen, parents, flowers, linens, atmosphere lighting, highlight features, and any other decor' with regard to how it will all be complimentary.

      • We will discuss the room layout, head table, sweetheart table, parents' seating, wedding party location, family and guests arrangement, cake location, facility access and earliest availability.

      • We will consider the five senses starting with the visual stimuli and olfactory (scent) enhancements we will incorporate to begin the journey of addressing all the senses of your honored guests.

  • Our Third and final meeting approximately 2 weeks prior to the Wedding Day.
      • This, Third meeting, should have a time obligation of approximately 1 - 2 hours.

      • At this point, the majority of the planning has been completed and the design process has occurred and we will review the elements which have been decided upon and ensure there is clarity for all of us.

      • We will discuss the time line of events and special items you want to occur and ensure everything is in the manner and style you prefer.

      • Once we have made the final decisions and the time line is established to maximize the enjoyment and entertainment value for you, your family and all of your honored guests on your wedding day, I will provide a copy of the time line to each of the professionals that are part of your wedding. This way we are all in tune and working in one direction to make your wedding day exactly what you want it to be.
