    • This form is a time line schedule which starts 1 year prior to the Wedding Day. It addresses items which you Do Not want to forget or start to handle too late in the planning.

 

    • This is an online Ceremony & Reception Planning Form which will assist you in the Planning Details for your wedding day. The Huge Benefit of using the online forms is that as you create, change, or edit the Form it can be saved each time. After it's initially submitted you can print, edit, review, and modify at your convenience.     • The Love Story is your opportunity to have your story told the way it should be – with romance, humor, sentiment and surprises, all set to music and delivered at your reception. It is also a way for me to get to know more about the two of you and get to know a little more about your personalities. In order to help me create your Love Story, I will need some information from you. The following is a checklist of basic information I need. I won't use it all, but having it all will help me to find the perfect blend for your Love Story.     • We would like to ask you several questions about your daughter’s childhood and your relationship with her. We are really trying to have you recall precious memories and special moments. You may decide to answer some, none, or all of the questions. We also understand that some of the questions may be too personal and we understand if you prefer not to answer.
      The information you provide will always be used in a tasteful and appropriate manner and will not be used to grossly embarrass anyone. So, please answer any that you are comfortable with and try to be as thorough as possible to allow us to understand and utilize the information appropriately.

      All of your favorites are right here for you to choose from for your event. We have Top 40, Classic Rock, Big Band, Oldies, Country, Rap, Hip Hop, Disco, Techno, Jazz, Alternative, Christian, Classical and so much more.

    • I have only listed about 94,000 songs in this online library.
      So, if you can't locate a song you would like for your event, just add it to the list and if I don't have it - I will get it for your booked event.

    • This music library selection data base is a dynamic process Stop Light System. As you select songs as a "Must Play", "Play if Possible", and "Do Not Play" the list is saved for you to print at your convenience or make additions or deletions at a later time.

    • The additional benefit of your song list being created here is that it automatically notifies Kenneth Day Weddings of your  New song list and also of any changes when they occur.

    • It's not necessary to choose the music for every minute of your event.
      Just select your favorite songs and some of the songs your guests will appreciate. This will give me an idea of the musical preference for your event. Part of the reason for hiring a Experienced Professional is my skill and ability to read your crowd and play the appropriate music at the right time, not play what I want to hear. Everyone has varied musical tastes that are influenced by a moment in time. Who really knows what your guests will prefer until the mood for the moment is read by my experienced professional understanding of how to read a crowd.(Of course, I keep in mind what your preferences are.)
